- 1 c. pitted Medjool Dates (organic)
- ¼ c. pecan chips
- ⅛ t. Himalayan Salt
- 1 T. shredded coconut
- Mix all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency.
- Roll into teaspoon sized balls.
- Eat, refrigerate or freeze.
