This is the 2nd recipe out of 3 simple recipes we are sharing for an EASY Easter Dessert Treat. Our Flower Pretzel Treat is a very popular and easy way to brighten up your guests mealtime experience. With the combination of sweet and salty the taste is a classic favorite. The colored chocolate candies in the shape a spring time flower can brighten anyone’s day.
We had so much fun making these treats. My mom, my sister and my daughter all came together to make our part of the potluck meal, which of course was the desserts! Baking together seems to bring out the happy, fun times. It’s filled with memories of bonding, creating and eating yummy food! And of course big messes!!
This treat would be great to make with kids! Kids love to create. It builds confidence when they see how something they made turn out so pretty and taste so good! Gather your family and start building some memories and traditions with some Flower Pretzel Treats!
- Colored chocolate candy
- White Melted chocolate discs
- Pretzel snaps
- Melt white chocolate melting discs in double boiler or a glass dish on top of a sauce pan of boiling water. Put a dab of melted white chocolate in the center of a pretzel snap. Place the center with a colored chocolate candy. Continue to form candy around the circle to create a flower look. Alternate colors and get creative! Let treat cool on parchment paper before moving.
