- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whip the heavy cream until it becomes slightly thicker. Add the sugar and extract; start whipping on low speed until it thickens even more then gradually increase speed to medium until stiff peaks form.
