Peanut Butter Alternative 90% Less Fat
One of the reasons this snack is low calorie and lower in fat is because we use a peanut butter alternative called PB Fit. It’s all natural peanut butter in a powder form. You add the water to whatever consistency you want. It’s 90% less fat than regular peanut butter and the taste is the same because it’s real peanut butter.
I highly recommend it. I use it for smoothies, cookies, and other recipes. Look for the container below. I got mine at WalMart in the baking aisle. You can also order from Amazon below and get free shipping if you are a Prime Member. Love that Prime!

Most cookies and cakes use white flour that is not gluten free. This recipe can help with people on Gluten-Free diets by using a grain alternative like Oat Flour and Flaxseed Meal. When shopping for Gluten Free type of any grain you need to look at the label. Not all oats are gluten free.
This recipe calls for 2 Tablespoons of Semi Sweet chocolate chips. There can be alternatives that are sugar free and gluten free. Honey is used instead of sugar as a sweetener. Agave or any sugar substitute can be used as well.
There are many types of oils that can be used however, I chose to use coconut oil. I like the flavor and it works well. If you choose an olive oil, just make sure it’s on the light side so it doesn’t overpower the taste.
